We are out at Anfi at the moment and will go to have a chat (in depth) with legal department here regarding change of contract as I sent our original membership certificates out to Anfi in December thinking my daughters names were just going to be added and received NEW contracts to be signed by all of us. We decided to look into it a bit more and I have got my daughters to sign the contracts but alan and I have not signed them but have brought them out to Anfi. I understand Anfi will want to change as many of the old “illegal” contracts as they can to safeguard themselves from any further attempts of court actions but they seem to have gone over the top on the changes they have made to the new contracts which is making us very wary of signing them and almost tempting us to ask for our original certificates to be returned to us. Thanks Wolfgang we would love to just update our existing floating membership certificate (which is what I thought was happening)but that does not seem an option as it appears that Anfi are ending that contract in order for it be be replaced with a completely new contract with our daughters names on. I am just worried that by making any changes it will jeopardise getting weeks we want in the future as we have always got the weeks we have requested with our floating weeks/points through AVC

We have also applied to add our 3 daughters to our membership certificates and thought it would be straightforward with no changes to our contract but we have received new contracts through the post to be signed and returned. My concern is that we have 2 floating weeks that are now replaced with 2 fixed weeks that are weeks apart and also with different start dates if we sign the new contracts are we legally accepting that in the future these will be our fixed weeks when we are trying to book 2 floating weeks together. We are in a dilemma do we sign them or not. I thought we were just adding names to our existing contract but this paperwork is issuing a completely new contract number. Is there any more information about these new contracts.
