For the filter – most members will have a period in mind – they’d have to look up then which weeks numbers are in that period and then search for weeks 30 to 35 say
I guess if results are sorted in week number order this is easy to scroll through
I couldn’t think of way to let member filter on say May & June – as the week numbers are from a table for each year
I wondered if there was a way to make it easy to see which date a week number refers to – if it was static year on year it would be easierPeople might want to filter one v two bed and possibly resort
13/04/2016 at 9:06 am #1171On the hyperlink point – two questions
– is there any way of linking a members to that member in the new website– if we use hyperlinks as we build up info moved from the current website & linking to a page in the new site – can these references be bulk updated once the new site moves to it’s final domain?
27/03/2016 at 11:37 am #795The point David has raised is separate from the point about the time to revisit and edit a submitted post
1 To edit a submitted post I didn’t recall that vBulletin had a restriction – 5 or even 30 minutes is too me too short
Can we start at 24 hours and see how it goes2 David’s point is about time out before submitting.
I still can’t see how you log out or are automatically logged out of WordPress as I’ve been offline and connected again and still logged in.
If Neil can guide us on this point we can then come back to whether people who leave a draft unsubmitted, will have it kept or lose it ( Neil, do you know ? )To be honest if anyone is composing a post over hours they should do it in Word or Notepad and then copy/paste it, as sounds like more of an article than a short post
22/03/2016 at 6:37 pm #729On current website there is New Posts button that brings up list most recent 15 or so posts – similar to active topics Column on WordPress but more entries
And there is search that allows you to specify time period and areas of Forum to search inAnything similar ?

Neil
For topics like things to do, restaurants, shopping etc – can these be accessed elsewhere or just via the Places page?I can’t add to map, get a message to check item not on map, then a button to go back to map
Or add a new category
