    Whilst away at Anfi in September, just as the news was breaking about the Anfi bankruptcy problems, the Anfi Members’ Area suddenly stopped showing any links to the Anfi Clubs and our Points Balance suddenly became zero.

    I was in contact with AVC on 9 November and was given a complete record of all of our points including the forecast for 2022.  We were told they could not see why there was a problem because they had all of the figures readily available. I, therefore, asked if the problem could be forwarded to the IT Section for the problem to be resolved.

    I have not heard anything since then, and, as of today, our points balance still shows as being a zero balance and the link to the Anfi Clubs still does not work despite everything else being there on the rest of the website. The problem exists on all of our Android mobile apps, my PC,  and our iPhone and iPads.

    Does this need raising with ANFI by Anfi UK and is anybody/everybody having the same problem please?

    A big thank you to yourself and all of the commitee for the last weekend’s AGM.

    The in-depth knowledge of the committee members and the information gained from attending was really useful and we feel sure that many more members – both new and existing – could benefit greatly by attending future meetings and would encourage them to do so.  Also, we enjoyed the company and social side too!
