Hi All,
Thanks for your comments and advice. Have returned from a lovely week in Anfi . Turns out most of you were correct. Anfi refused to offer me anything for my Resale floating Weeks.
They were quite interested in my Fixed Christmas weeks offering me £10k value on a trade up.
Their deal was £10k x 2 week 51 & 52 fixed and purchased direct from them traded up for a 2 Bed Monte (Very dark apartment) and £7k cash. So they are valuing a Monte mid summer 2 bed at £27k.
I was very surprised to discover there were almost no availability from Anfi even at the extortionate prices being asked.
Surely it would make some sense for Anfi to start repurchasing the stock themselves. On this website alone there is 20 weeks at £3k or less.
So will continue to rent out my 1 bed and seek to rent 2 bed for 2019 eventually the might see sense.
