Thankfully arrived at Anfi yesterday 05/12. The sun is shining and we are so happy we were able to use our week and not loose it. We used expresstest at Gatwick and I cannot praise it enough. It cost us £60 half the cost of Boots etc. They were very efficient. If you are a couple or family and friends travelling and live in SE well worth travelling there to get it done.
thank you for reading all my previous posts, they did help me a lot to know we were not alone.
Customer Services Manager Maria has told me that if I don’t use my week (we were due to be there 07/12/20) by the end December it will be lost. She has told me that my contract does not allow me to transfer it into 2021.
I am very upset by this as you can imagine. I have paid my maintenance for a 2 bed deluxe plus a floating fee.
I received an email yesterday morning I received a no reply email asking yes or no if the booked weeks were going to be used. Later that day I received a Black Friday Deal offering cut price deals up until 28/12/20.
Anfi have taken members money for maintenance, taken floating week fee and are now selling these weeks.
Anfi was closed for 19 weeks so I had no opportunity to use my floating week during that time. The UK is in lockdown and I will be very surprised if that ends 02/12/20. At the very least Anfi should be adding 19 weeks to allow me to travel if allowed.
i am very upset that they are treating their clients so disgracefully. Anfi refer to their resort as a ‘heaven’ to me it is a hell now and their attitude has tainted my future holidays.
Thanks. I think Anfi could be more accommodating. I also had to cancel my week in Tenerife, however they do not have a problem with carrying over into 2021. As my husband and I no longer work maintenance on a 2 bed deluxe plus floating fee charge is a lot of money to loose. Especially when next years maintenance fees are due soon. I feel quite angry to be honest. Heads they win, tails they win. But thanks again. Keep safe.
