Sorry for the delay in repying, holidays have been the last thing on our minds recently 🙂
@Brian, thanks for the reply and we had come the conclusion that we would sign and contuinue our membership. We had also come to the conclusion many years ago that resale would be difficult and when the time came we would simply walk away from ANFI.
As a family we have had many years of great holidays and have always treated it as that, not an investmant opertunity as some seem to think it should be.
My only concern contiuues to be any liablity for costs up and above the annual mantenance if ANFI does ever cease to trade with debts. I cannot find anything in the documentaion and posts on here seem to confirm that as a member we are only liable for the membership fees.
Is there any way for confirming that.
I have registered for the zoom call tomorrow so it may be covered.
@Beverley, we banked our weeks last year and have recently requsted the weeks for hoidays next year. ANFI have responded stating that they have not received our signed contract, suggesting that any further bookings is subject to returning the contract, although they do not say that, we have signed and are supprised they have not recieved it yet.Will give a couple of days and ask if they have recieved it yet.
