Hello Roger, I have the proxy Form and Ballot Paper for the OGM on 31 October. I cannot attend but can I put your name down as my Proxy?

I’m sorry if my issue has been dealt with in previous posts but my query concerns one of the many documents we have had to sign.  It is a one page document where we have to confirm that the right to use the 2022 week, and presumably any future week will be lost if it is not used during the use year or not deposited properly in the Anfi Vacation Club. However this seems to conflict with what is stated in the Vacation Club Rules. Clause 12.9 states that members may save up to one full allocation of their Anfi Points for use in the following year. Clause 12.10 states that Saving of Anfi Points will be done on request, so that if a Member does not expressively request such a saving, allocation of Anfi Points of the current year use will not be automatically saved. for the Member’s use next year.

I raised this issue when I visited Anfi in June and they confirmed that there was a n automatic right to carry forward. They weren’t aware of the specific need to request a carry forward. I was assured it wasn’t a problem but it is obvious from the document that I am asked to sign that there is a problem because I have not been able to book a week due to no availability between September and December. I did say I wanted to carry over in August as a result and I did receive this reassuring message ” If you have any unused points that are due to expire, I will insist that Anfi allows you to carry them over for another year, due to the lack of availability.  In truth, you will find that once your update is completed, everything will be back to normal.  We don’t wish you any stress. We are just concentrating on finishing the paper updates, and on finishing our internal updates. ”

Should I have cause for concern. I have signed all the other documents and returned them to Anfi.
