I agree with the idea of keeping claims info from the general site.

I have posted very little about my own claim and would very much

agree to keeping updated via Julie

I seem to have an error when I try to use the link to secretary and would like Julie

    to contact me directly

I have also received email to say my contract is declared null and void.

This was also from Court No. 3

In his post on 4th June Wolfgang says “he does not know if bi-annuals can vote, they are not covered by the law” What are the implications of this for anyone making a claim if they have that type of agreement?

    Hi Barry,

#3 court does seem to be lagging behind others. My hearing was also on Dec 20

but if you read my post of 27 May you will see I could not attend for medical reasons

and it took the judge until Feb 24 to grant Anfi lawyers request that I should attend.

Looks as if we will have to keep waiting.

Hi all.  I had my hearing in court No3 on May 2nd. Was told by JLCA lawyer that this judge has yet to give a ruling on any claim. My case is a bit of a saga, but here are the main points. My hearing was set for 20thDec 2016, as I was recovering from major surgery I provided certificate etc to prove I was unable to travel. I was informed that the hearing took place in my absence  and all went well, but Anfi lawyer insisted that I needed to attend, Judge said he would think about it. On Feb 24th he agreed with Anfi and a hearing was set for 5th April. I booked a weeks holiday in GC and attended court only to be told hearing had been postponed as the judge had a death in the family and had flown home to Madrid.  I went infront of a court official and was given a document stating that I did attend court as required. New date set for April 2nd,  I suggested that as I did attend before I should be excused from this hearing, but was told unless I had a new medical certificate I would have to attend. Decided to take another short break in GC. Attended on 2nd, met with JLCA lawyer prior to hearing. Then there was a delay because Anfi lawyer stated they did not know I was attending and had not got an interpretor, but it was supposed to be them that required my attendance!. An interpretor was found , I was only asked about 6 questions then there was a lot of fast and lengthy talking in Spanish by both sets of lawyers. The Judge did not seem to be very interested but did type a few notes on his pc. I was then told that it was over and could leave.
I do also wonder if the courts are on the side of Anfi.
Sorry for length of post but it does raise some issues noted by others.
