Not yet. It will require Narval to re-negotiate the terms of their concession, or for Anfi’s legal challenge about being excluded from the bid to succeed. Then Anfi could try to include it in a new concession agreement.
23/11/2018 at 7:40 pm #32076November through to March are very popular with the Scandinavians as it’s cold and dark at home. Some even get government assistance to be away in the winter. May and June are normally the quietest, but remember that banked weeks only become available after the owners bank them, which tends to be into the holiday year, so keep trying. As a resale owner you are at the bottom of the list and may only be able to book once the direct owners have had a good chance to take any available weeks.

Further to what was written by Brian, our weeks are also protected by the UK based company Continental Trustees.
Anfi, under the control of Lopesan or not, have no control over those weeks that Anfi have sold. Those weeks are held in trust by Continental Trustees so that no-one can take them away from us, just as we cannot take them away from Anfi. I have been involved in another Spanish timeshare situation where the property was held in trust and it is extremely difficult to break.
Each resort is an independent company, owned by Anfi. If Anfi were to disappear the resorts could continue to operate as they do now.
