Our experience at court was more or less a exact replay of Emrys’ case. It wasn’t too traumatic, the lawyer was lovely and really helpful, and the judge did look like she had heard it all before. All in all it took up a couple of hours of our lovely holiday in total. Still waiting for the out come, do you have yours yet Emrys?
I think one thing to bear in mind is every case is different, we owned a fixed week which we changed within two weeks of return to UK as the week we bought didn’t fall into the school holidays. They tried to argue we had bought two weeks and therefore were happy where in reality we bought one week and changed the date of it. I made sure in my answer that they understood that!
We got the choice of who answered the questions and the lawyer did say that the judge in court 1 knows the crack about the contracts

Maybe I am just not looking in the right version but I read the JLCA slides and report are appendix E to the AGM minutes, the last appendix I can find is D.
Can you tell me where to find it please?
