I guess I’m in a similar position. Having had my booking cancelled this year, I still have all of the points due to expire in December. Having been told that there were no vacancies in October – the next time I’m able to go – I managed to successfully book a week in February. At the moment, it’s showing that the points for the booking have been taken from next year’s balance but I have asked for clarification regarding an extention of the expiry date for this year. I hope that makes sense!
