I have moved (most) of Emrys’ post about data from the My Timeshares discussion to here….:
[This bit is dealt with in the My Timeshares Data topic: It is possible that the type of weeks owned is not exclusive to any single Type. A member could own a Floating and a Fixed week for example so we need to be able to select more than one Type.]
Below is a table that I produced several months back. Some of these fields may not be needed. Roger and Brian plese confirm. Unfortunatly I don’t know how to pop this into here as a pdf.

27/03/2016 at 5:22 pm #797The logos that I produced were considered to be outdated. David produced a couple of sketches but we never did really progress any of them. Best to go for the current one then.
26/03/2016 at 4:21 pm #793By the time we are live with this website the following membership levels are expected to be in place following the AGM in April.
- 1 year £15
- 3 years £40
- 5 years £65
24/03/2016 at 8:09 pm #784Just posted a story, albeit one line, then went back to edit but while still finding my my way around I may have been more than 5 minutes. The Edit showed my story title ‘The Flying Scotsman’ but the text of the story was missing. Anyone posing for the first time might well take more that 5 minutes to revisit the story, perhaps to refer to notes or a document so my view is that the time setting should be at least 30 minutes before editing is protected.
Also tried to add an image but did not have permission. Perhaps this is not intened to be allowed anyway.

11/03/2016 at 11:41 am #581Home/Join Us – JOIN NOW. When the time comes for this screen to be updated I would like to see the payment ‘Description’ appear before the actual payment process and given that instructions are infrequently observed these should be simple and brief; much as they are now. If we feel, in the light of experience, that addition information would be useful perhaps this could appear below the actual payment process.
10/03/2016 at 7:36 pm #577Having not been a ‘fan’ of the megamenu I have had a change of mind given the number on menu options. The megamenu showed all of the options immediately but spliting this up into sub menus, as now set, gives rise to ” Which parent menu do I select to get to where I need to be?”
I am aware that Brian may not have yet seen the megamenu but as Neil can switch this back and forth he will be able to see either.
10/03/2016 at 5:38 pm #547Wow! That was quick Neil. I posted my item from the megamenu then went back to look it again and thought something had gone amiss. I will revisit the new structure on the laptop and pass on my opinion.
.10/03/2016 at 5:28 pm #542Interesting. When I log in using the iPad the My Club drop down menu stays in place and although it covers half the screen I am quite happy with this. Whe using the laptop the menu appears but disappears if I move my mouse out of the active area and this is what I was not too keen about. Yes! Let us live with this for now as there are several menu options to display.
Posted using my iPad.
09/03/2016 at 9:57 am #508I do agree with Neil that news item are best away from the forum.
On one particular site that I looked at a few months ago each news item was dated. This would help keep track of the age of items for administrative purposes and be useful to anyone reading.09/03/2016 at 9:42 am #506I feel the same was as David regarding the popups. I don’t always feel that I am really control of my selection.

08/03/2016 at 4:02 pm #483The joining was simple Neil. I was not sure what part “Duration” played in the procees as this seemed to be covered by the 1 and 5 year choices (we have a 3 year as well of course.) All looks good so far.
08/03/2016 at 3:47 pm #474We will need to check all of the text anyway as it is likely that there are several examples of textural errors in our current pages.
