They asked about six simple questions all the answers are in the original documents i.e. Did you pay a deposit they are just trying to put you off traveling to court. One question they asked was why do you want to leave Anfi this needs some though before you answer. We both were requested to attended court but they only questioned my wife, have heard that they have sometimes questioned both parties with almost same questions. Our hearing was about 30min in total.
Hope this wil be of help.
Regards Malcolm.

11/02/2017 at 9:31 am #8246Hi Angus found out should reply via the forum. Not sure about floating weeks you need to speak to Anfi members uk legal team they are very helpful cost nothing to speak to them for advice, if you do go ahead their cost are fare and much less if you a member.won our case December 2015 which Anfi are appealing which takes up to eight months, to date we have paid legal cost of £4400.00 in stages as the case progressed, we had at the request Anfi to appear in court to answer 6 simple qustions with flights and hotel this cost us £800.00 add to the above makes a running total of £5200.00 if they then appeal this at the Supreme Court this cost another £1000.00 takes up another twelve months. Make sure the end result is worth the costs and the time it takes.
Julie Jordan secretary of Anfi member U.K. Can supply contact details of the legal team. Hope this is of help.
Regards Malcolm
