Hi Brian and thank you and others for replies.
Having just attended zoom meeting if honest i’m still unclear and have more questions and thoughts now. It doesn’t seem that ANFI have any consistency, i have a fixed week bought direct from Anfi Beach in 2001/2 and then two weeks again fixed bought independently a few years later, and i believe they are only seeking an updated signed contract for the week bought directly so on that basis why not the other contracts? This can only be to prevent a potential claim, which i am not currently looking to pursue as enjoy our time in ANFI. I believe they have asked the question whether i am or am not prepared to sign so again interested in why asking and implications if i dont sign will this mean at some point in the future they can refuse my use of the fixed week that i have a contract for?
Surely they should be looking to get consistency on all contracts – At the moment my assumption is that all my contracts are on the same basis and its in my interest to maintain this, what are the advantages to me of signing one new contract and not the others?
I was also interested in the point about adding my children to the contracts at no additional cost and what the implications are of this as this seemed to be something others were suggesting was an advantage – Is there any details that you can point me in the direction of re this that i can read?
Apologies for bombarding with questions and i appreciate that these are potentially questions i should be bringing up with ANFI but i’m never sure i’m getting an honest or straight response from them so would rather have independent advice and information to base my decisions on.
I appreciate that my case may be a bit unique but if you are able to offer any advice/further information in my case that will support that would be appreciated. We are due in ANFI next week and i’m fully expecting them to contact me re this.
Thanks again for help and support with this.
