    We stayed in Gran in March the first apartment had a new tv so had no problem watching the second week had an older tv had to watch the rugby match in the bedroom has the main was useless, we had reported it the person who came said it was the remote but never replaced it.

    The standards have certainly dropped I felt awful as we had so many faults that we had to report over the 2 weeks it that reception knew my name, on saying that the receptionists where really good.

    Hope this helps the passenger locator form can be found on our gov site for returning home, the

    Spth is the Spanish form you needed to fill in to enter Spain,   you don’t need the locator form now but check the SPTH site it will tell you if you need to fill in Think you still need the covid pass.

    Brian  can you help we are going to Anfi end of Feb and I an not sure if we still need a PCR test or a lateral flow I have been on the Spanish site but not understanding what we need. We are all fully vaccinated and have had or booster.

    I checked my points balance and have had my points returned,

    Due to certain illnesses we haven’t been able to go for a few years so told Anfi we wouldn’t be updating our contract at the moment.

    We bought ours 2003 have had some good holidays at Anfi but due to my partner we haven’t been for some years now.

    we just rent it out every year but it is now costing us due to the exchange rate, we are considering just handing it back but due to the virus the guests couldn’t attend so will have to keep it till they have had they holiday.

    Hi we have just received an email from Anfi re updating stating we can add family members with no cost and the change is due to adding a week number and apartment to our points

    I understand this is due to it being illegal not have had a week apartment number on our contract, as my partner cannot travel due to cancers would I be able to use this to get out of our contract with Anfi
