I know it’s not easy for Anfi, members and staff.
At the moment we can’t travel and Anfi has sent there staff home. Staff is receiving money from the government (70% of there normal salary). Anfi has our money in the pot as you mentioned Richard.
What I would like is, that management also would agree, that there 15% from our payment can be reduced, so that we (members) have more money for the future. If Anfi Sales who owns a lot of weeks don’t pay, then we need more money for maintenance. The industry is in difficulties and so Anfi.
In Denmark where I live we are going forward with the vaccines. I predict, that we are all ready to travel in august 2021. There are of course all the mutations around us, but I think the summer will be ours.
I do not understand why Anfi is pursuading members to sign contracts, then if all members say no, we can hire new management to do our business. The members own the buildings and land.
Can we do anything to raise a new standard, so that Anfi will have a high standard for the coming years?
It’s difficult for the committee members to have influence on the daily business and sometimes it’s a corrupt Anfi mangament doing what they like with our money. I think we need to raise some changes for the next OGM.
Richard – you have bin a member for many years and know Anfi Management.
Can you suggest, what we can do more off?
It’s really frustrating times.

If we don’t spend some money on kitchen’s and bathrooms, the value of the property will go down.
The Anfi standard is falling.
There has bin an article in the news Eldario.es about 600.000 euro in tax return. Anfi has not received the money because there has bin a hold on that amount regarding all the lawsuits.
I do not hope that the members money is involved.
The law firm Canarian Legal Allianceand other firms are just waiting to get there fingers in that amount of money regarding all the cases that Anfi has lost in court. Let’s not hope that your rumors are right.
Lopesan is still a big organization – and there is German money behind.

Work has started on monday 20.3.17 – childrens pool is under reconstruction this week.
We had information from the club, that necessary maintenance work had to be carried out. No information about how long it would take to finish the work.
Good we have the beach so near by the resort.

I have bin a member of this club for several years.
The new webside is a step back compared with the old webside.
Navigation and order need an upgrade in my opinion!
