Well I am Confused to say the least !!!
So first we see this
The FCDO advises against all but essential travel to Spain, including the Balearic Islands but excluding the Canary Islands, based on the current assessment of COVID-19 risks.
Then from the “Amber List”
Amber list countries and territories
What you must do if you have been in an amber country or territory in the 10 days before you arrive in England. You should not travel to amber list countries or territories for leisure purposes.
Spain (including the Balearics and Canary Islands)
All the above are from .gov.uk !!

11/02/2021 at 11:47 am #62333I found this:
UK tourists ‘won’t be allowed into Spain until end of summer’ due to Covid fears
Sun-seeking tourists from the UK may not be allowed into Spain until ‘the end of the summer, according to reports.
Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez has reportedly said he doesn’t expect to be welcoming tourists back until most of the country’s population had been vaccinated, Euro Weekly News reports.
He was speaking at a meeting of the Executive Council of the World Tourism Organization held in Madrid on Wednesday.
Mr Sanchez is reported to have said: “Only mass vaccination will open the way to the normality we want.”
He is said to have claimed that once 70 per cent of Spain’s population had been vaccinated, the country would “progressively” prepare to welcome international tourists – but he did not expect that to have happened until the end of the summer season.
Separately, Spain is pushing the EU for the creation of a Covid vaccine certification that would help ease travel during the pandemic, the Mirror reports.
Foreign Minister Arancha Gonzalez told RNE radio yesterday: “Vaccine certification is something we are going towards inevitably.
“It will be a very important element to guarantee a safe return to mobility.”
He added that a vaccine certificate would allow people to travel.
On December 22, Spain introduced travel restrictions on passenger travel from the UK by air and sea.
These measures have since been extended until 6pm on February 2, with the exception of Spanish nationals and those legally resident in Spain.
My question is if Spain bans all travel from the uk will Anfi again issue a voucher for lost weeks in 2021 as it is the same situation as we had in 2020 ?
10/02/2021 at 3:22 pm #62318Hi Brian,

10/02/2021 at 11:26 am #62310Dear All,
We have 2 weeks booked for this year in June, in the worst case scenario we will not be able to go this year.
We have one week carried over from last year (2020) and this years week (2021), will it be possible for us to roll both these weeks over until 2022 when hopefully things will be back to normal ?
Regards
Paul
19/06/2020 at 9:42 am #57208Update
This arrived from Anfi yesterday:
Thank you for your email. We are very sorry that due to the Pandemic we are closed, and therefore could not receive you this year.
Indeed, we are putting into place a recovery programme for lost weeks. We anticipate that we will be able to inform members, from the beginning of July about the process, so that they can decide how they to recover. Most likely we will offer you a voucher, to add a week to your week next year, but the details are still being finalised.
Please keep an eye on the website and your emails,
Kind regards,
Ryan T Johnson
Anfi Group
Customer Service Department
So it looks like announcement will be in July.
11/05/2020 at 4:41 pm #56341I would think it is entirely up to you and what your happy with doing, the way I see it there is two possibly 3 outcomes:
A. Keep the rental money and tell the clients to claim on their travel insurance.
B. Refund them in full and you take the hit on your finances.
C. Spain re-opens and your clients will be able to use the weeks anyway.
Regards
Paul
05/05/2020 at 6:12 pm #56228I contacted Anfi to ask what the position currently is this is the reply from Anfi:
Dear Mr. Ridgers, thank you for your message and we hope you are home safe. We do not know when we can reopen or when the Royal Decree will permit the Hotel Industry therefore please stay safe and calm and we will be posting updates in http://www.anfi.com. We hope we can be up and running shortly and this could be a fact by end of June, although once again depending on instructions from the Spanish Government.
We have taken note of your possible non arrival due to this state of alarm and please rest assured that we are working on options to try to recoup our member’s holiday losses. This is a totally new situation for us and still unsure of so many issues. As we are uncertain on when Anfi will be reopened I would be grateful if you please contact us back in a few weeks time (by middle of next month) and surely by them we will have all required details for our members to recover their weeks. We thank you very much for your patience in these hard time and we are all looking forward to welcoming our members and guest in the near future.
Meanwhile should you require any other assistance or information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Kind regards and please stay safe
María Hidalgo
