I still have not heard from ANFI or had a response back from JCLA although I was assured I would have news at the end of February following a successful appeal decision. I have lost faith in JCLA and had I known the true time scales I probably would have tried to re negotiate my contract with ANFI which was what I wanted to do when I originally purchased. Our idea was to trade our Penthouse weeks for basic two bed in school holidays once we could nitrate the kids out of school. ANFI told us we could do this but when it came to doing  a deal it was refused! I now think ANFI have a plan to  avoid paying out!

I am will be very surprised if any of us see our money. In my opinion I think ANFI have a plan helped by the Courts as this is how things happen! 😢

Just been told after 12 months and thought we were their having won our claim in court that ANFI are appealing all claims which could now take another 12 months. I would not be surprised if ANFI eventually find a way of not paying out. Very costly and time consuming action. I would certainly consider whether or not to take  action if my claim was under £10k ish.

In the process and it is very costly with no guarantee of a good outcome. Could take two years to get a result!
