    Hello,

    We have received some emails from Anfi today about the Supreme Court’s dismissal of the “cassation appeal” and the procedure to be followed for creditors. Please can someone explain what this means and whether we should respond as requested.

    Hi Brian,

    We have direct membership of RCI having purchased our fixed weeks from Anfi. You cannot register weeks yourself. It is done by RCI liaising with Anfi.

    No we haven’t had any cold calls from RCI. We usually bank our weeks on their online system.

    Hi,

    I use the maintenance fees link on the website which doesn’t require a password. It worked for me today! I hope this helps.

    We have a one bed fixed week at Anfi Beach Club that we would like to sell. Anfi are sending us the forms so that we can authorise Anfi to sell the apartment if they can find a buyer. The price quoted is 2300 euros. Does anyone have any experience of this process or any comments please?
